A LITTLE FESTIVE NOTE: Our heartfelt thanks for keeping us busy and open during 2024, it really means a lot not just to the very small team that works here but for the community. Many people who come to us travel in from perhaps an hour away, so that benefits the cafes and the other shops. Visitors to the Cathedral and the Castle also enjoy the independent shops. And an open, busy shop is a cared-for shop front and that helps keep this very special area attractive and engaging. We’re proud of our community and it’s a joy to be part of it. We’re proud of you too with your love of sewing and stitching. And we can’t let 2024 pass without mentioning our sewing projects and Sit & Stitches – what a year!  We look forward to 2025 with continued enthusiasm and commitment… keep sewing!
